What is aigo Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA No.)?
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a transaction whereby the recipient of a product arranges to return goods to the supplier to have the product repaired or replaced or upgrade or in order to receive a refund or credit for another product from the same retailer or corporation within the product's warranty period. An RMA is also known as a "Goods Return Authorization" or GRA (depending on the country). The aigo RMA number is a record and tracking number provides by aigo customer service department for product upgrade, repair or replace.
How to get aigo RMA No.?
“Register” for register your products and create a RMA request. Please make sure you submit the correct e-mail address and return address for faster RMA services. The PDF format mailing label with aigo RMA No. will sent to your e-mail address within 2 working days.
What should you do after you get mailing label with aigo RMA No.?
Simply by print out the label and paste on the shipping envelope or box then send to aigo’s local services station print on the label. Please ONLY send the product or accessory item need for service. Complete gift box are not required and the none service item or accessory item (unless RMA is for the accessory item) may be removed by local aigo services station at customer own expenses.
